Summer Trip
The summer is a great time to take your group on a mission trip. Most college students come home for the summer, especially the younger ones. Most college students feel like they have outgrown the "church camps" and are ready to roll up their sleeves and participate in some type of mission work. One of the most popular is to take your group to a church plant. Your students will learn what it takes to start a ministry and can use those principles to either start a ministry at their college or to use them later in life after college. Many Christian colleges and seminaries provide such trips and some even provide housing.
